Are shipments insured? TOP
No, insurance is not included in the cost of our shipping rates for the invitations. They are shipped with USPS and we do offer delivery confirmation only.
On favors and boxes we do offer insurance though UPS
Do you ship internationally? TOP
No, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Military APO/FPO addresses.
If I want to order more of the same item I ordered do you keep my setup? TOP
Yes, you have 7 days to purchase an order of the same item you ordered. After 7 days we erase the file and a new file will have to be made for you.
How can I pay for my order? TOP
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit cards with a Visa/MasterCard logo are accepted.
Return Policy for broken or defective items TOP
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the "Contact" link at the top of the website, or by going to your Purchase History.
Return Policy for personalized items TOP
Returns for personalized items are NOT accepted! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Once you have received the items we do not refund under any circumstances!
Sorry but once it's personalized we can no longer use them.
We will not issue a store credit until WE RECEIVE THE ITEMS BACK INTO OUR POSSESSION! NO EXCEPTIONS...If you choose not to return the items then we can not issue new items or a store credit since you have items that need to be returned for credit or new items. You must do this within 7 days of receiving the item. If your event date is less then 2 weeks away we will overnight the package to you once we get the damage/unsatisfactory items back. If it is more then 2 weeks away we will send them priority mail within 24 hours of getting the old items back. Sorry there is NO exception to this policy. Please dont foget that
Any order cancelled after 24 hours will have a 20% cancellation fee added to the invoice and the remaining balance will be refunded. We charge this for the time and effort that was put into the order prior to your cancellation of the order.
How long does shipping take? TOP
Orders are usually shipped from our office within 5 business days. It usually will take anywhere between 5-10 business days for your order to get to you after it has been shipped. We do offer upgraded services for faster shipment which can be found in our shopping carts after you add your items to them.
